How LockID® works
LockID® is based on state-of-the-art biometric technology.
During initial setup, your fingerprint is captured and stored multiple times from various angles.
Only registered fingers can unlock the lock – for maximum security.
Add more users:
- Place new finger – red and blue lights flash.
- Confirm with saved admin finger for approval.
- Place new finger 5 times – upon success: Green light.
Delete fingerprint (Reset):
Hold any finger until red flashes, then place admin finger → Memory will be cleared.

What happens if the battery runs out?
The lock remains locked until it has been charged via USB-C.
Can I reset the lock?
Yes. You can delete all stored fingerprints using the reset function.
Can someone else crack my lock?
