General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction possibilities

The purchase contract is concluded with Wiwu GmbH.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery conditions

4.1 Shipping costs

Standard delivery is free of charge.

4.2 Delivery options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.

We only deliver by shipping. Collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel pick-up stations.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information can be found in the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; further individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. KLARNA

Payment via SOFORT / Sofortüberweisung

If you choose the payment method Sofort / Sofortüberweisung, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider Sofort GmbH (Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany; "SOFORT").

Sofort GmbH is a company of the Klarna Group (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden). A prerequisite for using the SOFORT payment method is that you have an activated online banking account. During the payment process within the order, you must authenticate yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT. - Direct debit ("Pay Now")

- Credit card The use of invoice and/or installment purchase and/or direct debit payment methods requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment as part of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.

(3) Payment via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout"
If a payment method offered via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout" is selected, the payment is processed by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal"). The individual payment methods via "PayPal" are shown to you under a correspondingly labeled button on our website and in the online ordering process. For payment processing, "PayPal" may use further payment services; if special payment conditions apply to these, you will be informed of them separately. 7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here.

Important note: The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform will be permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025. The submission of complaints on the ODR platform will therefore already cease on March 20, 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
